Efraim (Jonah Hill) and David (Miles Teller) are lazy guys who like to lie on the rotten skin – of course with enough marijuana! They live at the time of the Iraq war in Miami Beach and are looking for a new job. They find a state regulation that allows smaller companies to apply for large armaments programs. Although they have no idea of the weapons trade, they actually get a million-dollar deal with the US government. But the order is too demanding for the two and it also calls even shady business partners on the plan…
